AI can generate answers. Humans create the reasons to ask the questions.
AI had the knowledge. Tony Stark had the purpose, curiosity, and determination to solve a problem worth solving. That combination is where real innovation happens.
The future of AI is not human replacement. It's human amplification. When human creativity and AI capability work together, the impossible becomes possible.

July was full of moments worth celebrating!
We kicked off the month by taking home the championship at the SickKids Heatwave Volleyball Tournament, proving that teamwork extends far beyond the workplace. We gathered at Steam Whistle for our Q2 Town Hall to celebrate our progress, share what's ahead, and connect as one team. Outside of work, our community kept growing through our Golf Accessibility Program, Wine Club, Run Club, Ultimate Frisbee, and Pick-Up Soccer.
Here's to another month of showing up, supporting one another, and making great things happen!
AI doesn't replace human ingenuity. It amplifies it.
Tony Stark didn't solve the impossible because he had AI. He solved it because he had purpose, curiosity, and determination to protect the people who mattered most. AI provided the knowledge. Tony provided the reason.
The most powerful outcomes happen when human motivation meets AI capability. That's where impossible ideas become possible.

Most technology experts don't lose their edge overnight. They lose it one comfortable pattern at a time.
On the latest episode of Electric Mindset, host Dave Manley sits down with Mike Lee, co-founder of Graivy, to talk about what happens when deep expertise starts working against you.
Mike spent 26 years in banking and 14 more in consulting before ChatGPT's arrival in 2022 pushed him toward building Graivy, a company bringing AI to the quick-service restaurant industry. He shares the moment he realized senior developers were often slower to adopt AI than junior ones, and why he calls this pattern the "expert trap."
The conversation moves through legacy modernization, human judgment in an AI-driven world, and a Marvel Cinematic Universe metaphor that reframes how we think about mastery and curiosity together.
Applied AI isn't about knowing the most. It's about staying willing to learn again.

What can your AI systems actually reach, and who decided that?
The headlines focus on the AI but we think the real story is in how the intrusion actually worked.
An OpenAI model breached Hugging Face's production systems this week. No human directed it: a malicious dataset, harvested credentials, and lateral movement across systems. Every one of these is a failure mode security teams have understood for a decade. What changed is the speed and persistence of an adversary working through them.

AI adoption starts with small wins. Use AI to summarize a meeting, draft a document, or improve a piece of code. These simple, low-risk use cases build trust, encourage experimentation, and create a culture that's ready for change. Transformation doesn't happen overnight. It happens one small step at a time.

Great ideas deserve great conversations, and a great venue doesn't hurt either.
Last week, we came together at Steam Whistle Brewery for our Q2 Town Hall to reflect on everything we've accomplished, celebrate the momentum we've built, and look ahead to what's next. We shared business updates, celebrated client wins, and recognized the people driving our success.
More than anything, the afternoon was a reminder that our greatest advantage is the team behind the work. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
Here's to another quarter of building, learning, delivering meaningful impact, and having fun along the way.
AI doesn't replace human potential, it amplifies it.
Technology provides speed, scale, and insight. People provide judgment, context, and accountability. Together, they're far more powerful than either could be alone. When organizations move beyond fear and establish the right guardrails, AI stops being a threat and starts becoming an enabler. That's where the real magic happens.

Swing practice, sunshine, and good company.
Our Golf Access Program made a stop at The Docks driving range this week. A few solid drives, a few we won't talk about, and a great time all around.
