When We Are Going:
The Sun and Spirit retreat will run from 2pm on Sunday, February 21st to 11am on Friday, February 26th, 2027. Early bird rates apply until September 30th, 2026 (plus, rooms are first come first serve so booking early means you get your first choice!).

What We Are Doing:
Pairing meditation, breathwork, pilates, flowing yoga, nurturing yoga, reflection and restorative makes each day the perfect blend of nourishment and challenge. Each day will feature a different theme.

Monday - Backbends and Brightness
Tuesday - Twists and Going Deep
Wednesday - Sidebends and Joy
Thursday - Forward Folds and Ease
Friday - Integration and Taking It Home With Us

Where We Are Going:
Villa Laguna is a peaceful, full-service eco-villa tucked into the jungle, at the shore of Nicaragua’s most iconic crater lagoon. Nestled in the stunning Laguna de Apoyo, a magical place in Nicaragua, Villa Laguna is located in a secluded area of the Laguna de Apoyo Natural Reserve, a caldera of a collapsed volcano with some volcanic activity still present beneath its surface.

The Fine Print: This pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be extended. We cannot pause this pass. This pass is not available for active members. THIS PASS MUST BE ACTIVATED BEFORE JULY 31ST, 2026 for 40 days. There will be no extensions for this pass.

Join us on Thursdays at 6pm at Sterling with our NEW 200 hour yoga teacher training grads to show you what they have learned over the last 6 months. Classes are accessible to all ranging from donations of $5 to $30 with everything going to The 519.
