Ever start a new ChatGPT chat and think… “Wait. All my good stuff is in the OLD conversation!” 😩
Don’t start from zero.
Your past chats can be a goldmine of ideas, research, drafts, strategies, and content you’ve already worked through.
💡 Try this:
Open the conversation in your sidebar, grab the important context, bring it into your new chat, and tell ChatGPT what you want to do next.
For example:
“Using the information from my previous conversation below, help me turn these ideas into a 2-week social media plan.”
Then paste in the relevant information.
Here’s the real kicker…
AI gives you better help when you give it better context.
So before you reinvent the wheel, check that sidebar. 👀
Your old chats aren’t clutter.
They’re your idea library.
👉 Save this post for the next time you open a fresh chat and wonder, “Now where was I?”
You may not need more marketing. You may need to understand what is already happening first.

Meet Jakki—known for Nurse Moves. She built an app specifically to help nurses handle shift burnout through daily micro-moments. It handles the emotional weight, the overwhelm, and everything else a shift throws at you.
She's offering three months free to the first 100 nurses who sign up.
Know anyone who needs this? Pass it along. Thanks she has been a special client since 2024, nusemoves.com
I am so fortunate to be contractually working wth boss, Jakki. A nurse who went through the trenches and showed up on the other side, not only once but twice, burned out because of overwork, overtired, exhausted, and overwhelmed. The fact is over 51% of nurses are leaving their jobs because they're burned out.
Jakki has taken it upon herself to create a tool that sits inside your pocket. When you're feeling those feelings of overwhelm or fatigue or stiff or just need some time out, there's an app for it. It's called Nurse Moves Burnout Recovery System and it will help nurses deal with their stress better. Our hope as a marketing specialist working with Jackie is to spread the word and just let all nurses know that there's help out there for them at a low affordable price.
Right now it is free for the first 100 founding nurses so take up the website nursemoves.org and sign up. Get on the list and I hope you'll find continuous ways to stay stress-free very soon. Share this far and wide and let's turn these statistics upside down.
Wow this sounds familiar, the ninetees, "well I can just make a website myself through ______." Oh!!

Even though it is 102 degrees F here, I can easily visualize being by the ocean and feel the breeze rush by me, rather than the crash cart.
Roll call... where is your shift living in your body today?
If you're new here, we built the Mindfulness feature inside Nurse Moves specifically for nurses who have 4 minutes between patients.
These are small, intentional resets designed to fit into a real nursing shift.
Now, "Close your eyes and imagine you're on a beach."
Because nurse burnout often starts mentally, it deserves a solution that respects the reality of nursing.
Be one of the first nurses to try it.

When I first started working with therapists, death doulas, social workers, chaplains, and wellness professionals, I noticed something interesting.
Most weren't struggling because they lacked expertise.
They were struggling because they felt they had to become marketers.
Learn SEO.
Master social media.
Figure out funnels.
Write sales copy.
Create content.
Track analytics.
And somewhere along the way, they started spending more time learning marketing than doing the work they actually love.
Here's what I've learned after 25+ years in digital marketing:
You trained to help people.
Not to spend hours figuring out algorithms, funnels, and social media trends.
Marketing shouldn't feel manipulative.
It shouldn't feel like you're convincing people to work with you.
Good marketing simply helps the right people find the support they're already looking for.
That's it.
What part of marketing feels most uncomfortable to you right now?
