Curb appeal is so important - especially in the fall when the exterior can look drab due to the weather and colder temps.
We often focus on the interior part of staging, but the exterior really matters too! 🏡

There’s really only mid September, October and November and then all of a sudden we’re out of it. And time really does fly by during these months!

toronto real estate check-in 🏡 what’s actually happening in the market right now
quick version: it’s getting more competitive out there. fewer new listings hit the market in july, which means buyers have less to choose from - and that’s starting to shift the balance.
the numbers:
→ 5,995 homes sold in july (down just 0.9% from last year)
→ new listings dropped 17.8% year over year
→ average price: $1,003,956 (down 4.5% from last year, but ticking up slightly month over month)
→ condo sales held steady, prices down modestly
what this means: tighter inventory + steady buyer demand = prices may be starting to stabilize. and with economic conditions looking a little stronger than expected, we could see more buyer confidence heading into fall.
