DOUBLE DRY-HOPPED DOUBLE IPA, 8%ABV (EL DORADO, MOTUEKA, NECTARON)

We are so excited to share our collab with Pierced Mug (Ernesto O.R.) with you!

Amigos celebrates the friendships forged through great beer. Double dry-hopped with El Dorado, Motueka, and Nectaron for vibrant tropical fruit passionfruit, grapefruit, and lime zest. Brewed in collaboration with Pierced Mug in support of Foodshare’s mission to advance food justice for all. $.050 from every can and pint sold will be donated to Foodshare!

FoodShare Toronto (FoodShare Toronto) is a food justice organization dedicated to building a Toronto where everyone can feed themselves, their loved ones and their communities with dignity and joy. 

FoodShare supports community-led food initiatives and works alongside communities most affected by poverty and food insecurity: Black and Indigenous people, people of colour, people with disabilities, and folks living on a low income. 

Whether it is supporting urban farms, supplying local produce markets or coordinating community kitchens, all of their work is about folks accessing food on their own terms.

Each year, FoodShare programs reach 200,000 people across Toronto.

Hiring for multiple serving positions at Rorschach Brewing Co.; we’re looking for dynamic personalities with a strong work ethic! Craft beer knowledge is a plus, but not required as long as you’re excited to learn.

Open availability is prefered, but more specifically we have a high need on Saturdays through Tuesdays. We will be conducting interviews July 15-19, with start dates as early as July 20. 😻9️⃣🥳 NINE LIVES ANNIVERSARY RELEASE 9 of 9 🥳9️⃣😻

NINE LIVES: NONUPLE DRY-HOPPED OCTUPLE IPA, 11.9% ABV

We wanted to do something extra special for our ninth anniversary, so we figured we’d bring together nine of our friends, and some awesome IPA brewers, to create this excessively hop forward, tropical fruity Nonuple Dry-Hopped Octuple IPA. It has nine different hop varieties, selected by our friends, to push the limits of hop saturation. Here’s hoping we didn’t use up our ninth life with this one.

We figured we’d even add the lot numbers and hop varietals onto the can so you can have a sneak peak into our deliberations. Nine breweries, nine dry-hops and hopped at a rate of 11lbs/bbl equivalent with hops and extracted hop oils, this is by far the biggest, most hop saturated beer we’ve ever made!

EXTRA SAUCE NUGZ: WEST COAST DIPA w/ TERPENES, 8% ABV

Brewed with pilsner malt and hopped with Idaho 7 and Simcoe, we wanted to lean into the West Coast vibes of a citrusy and dank Double IPA and then top it off with even more dank and sticky Grapefruit Kush terpene character. We think this beer will have you craving some late-night munchies.
