The Jailbirds are also performing a venue show in Brasília, Brazil at INFINU with local acts Two Silent Decades and Contralimbo.
A big thank you to André from Trampa for helping set this up.
Another important part of MUSIC EXPORT is getting to know the people, the culture, and building relationships that can create future opportunities.
It is great to play festivals, but being able to perform for local audiences and connect with local music fans is also an important part of artist development.
Along with performing together, The Jailbirds and Two Silent Decades will also be co-writing and creating new music together.
That is another important part of MUSIC EXPORT: collaboration.
Performing internationally is not just about playing a show in another country. It is about building relationships, learning from new markets, connecting with local scenes, and creating opportunities that can continue long after the first performance.
