ነብዩ ሙሐመድ የሙስሊሞች ቀይ መስመር ናቸው።
ከታች በምስሉ የምትመለከቱት ሰው አሚር ሁሴን ማግሱድሉ ይባላል፤ ታዋቂ ኢራናዊ የፖፕ ዘፋኝ እና ራፐር ነው።

​የልቡ ብርሃን ተጋርዶበት፣ የሕይወት ኮምፓሱ የጠፋበት ይህ እድለቢስ ሰው ነብዩ ሙሐመድን (ሰ.ዐ.ወ) ለመሳደብ ሞክሯል።

በዚህም የተነሳ ክስ ተመሥርቶበት የመጀመሪያው ፍርድ ቤት በእስር እንዲቀጣ ወስኖ ነበር።​ይሁን እንጂ ታላቁን ነብይ ተሳድቦ በእስራት መቀጣቱ ብቻ ብዙዎችን አላስደሰተም።

በእርግጥም ሰዎች የነቢዩ ሙሐመድን አስተምህሮ አለመቀበል ይችላሉ፤ መብታቸው ነው። እውቀቱና አቅሙ ካላቸውም አስተምህሮታቸውን መተቸት ይችላሉ፤ ነገር ግን ቢሊዮኖች የሚከተሉትን ታላቅ ነብይ ለማንቋሸሽ እና ለመሳደብ መሞከር የለየለት ብልግና እና ጋጣወጥነት ነው። ይህ በፍጹም ይቅር ሊባል የሚችል ጉዳይ አይደለም።

ነብዩ ሙሐመድ የሙስሊሞች ቀይ መስመር ናቸው። የትኛውም ሙስሊም ሌላውን ነገር ታግሦ ማለፍ ይችል ይሆናል፤ ነገር ግን ነብዩን ሲነኩበት ሕይወቱን ይሰዋል እንጂ ዝም ብሎ አያልፍም።

​ወደ ሰውየው ጉዳይ ስንመለስ፤ ፍርድ ቤቶች መጀመሪያ ያስተላለፉትን የቅጣት ውሳኔ በመቃወም እና የሕዝብን ስሜት ከግንዛቤ በማስገባት፣ የኢራን ጠቅላይ ፍርድ ቤት የቀረበውን ይግባኝ መርምሮ ውሳኔውን በማጽደቅ በሞት እንዲቀጣ ወስኗል።

​የጥላቻ ንግግር ለማንም አይበጅም፤ ሰዎች ሐሳባቸውን በጨዋነት መግለጽ ሲገባቸው ለምን የግለሰቦችን ክብርን መንካት እንደሚመርጡ አይገባኝም። እኛ ሙስሊሞች የማንንም ሃይማኖት መሪዎች አንሳደብም፤ የሰው ሃይማኖታዊ እምነት እናከብራለን እንጂ።

Iranian pop star and rapper Amir Hossein Maghsoudloo, widely known as Amir Tataloo, has been sentenced to death by an Iranian court in a case involving allegations of insulting the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Current Status of the Case
Court Decision: Tataloo was initially sentenced to five years in prison. After the case was reviewed, a separate court issued a death sentence in connection with the allegation of sabb al-nabi (insulting the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ). The decision was subsequently upheld by Iran’s Supreme Court.

Separate Prison Sentence: He is also serving a separate 10-year prison sentence related to charges described by Iranian authorities as promoting corruption and vice.

Judicial Review: The death sentence has entered a further review process after his lawyers filed a petition under Article 477 of Iran’s Criminal Procedure Code, which allows certain final judgments to be reconsidered when they are alleged to conflict with Islamic law.

Background
Tataloo was extradited from Turkey to Iran in late 2023. He had previously been known for controversial public statements and political associations in Iran, while his later music and online activity also drew significant attention from Iranian authorities.

The case remains subject to Iran’s judicial review process, and its final outcome may depend on the ongoing legal proceedings.
