What is an RME Mentor?
The RME Mentor Team is made up of dancers who are either actively working in the professional dance industry or studying dance at an accredited dance college or conservatory. This team serves as a bridge between our faculty and students, fostering a sense of belonging and ensuring that everyone feels seen, valued, and supported. To become an RME mentor, candidates have participated in the RME program for several years, be pursuing a career in dance or intending to do so, and embody RME’s core values. Mentors are carefully chosen for their high standard of dance excellence, dedication to the RME community, and commitment to fostering a positive, healthy environment.

Your growth has and will always be at the heart of RME. Our dedicated faculty and mentors are here to support your unique path and help you reach your fullest potential. We can’t wait to share the space with you again!
