Multi-family housing may be trending in Toronto today — but for us, it has always been part of the vision.

The Horsham Project is a unique 3-story multiplex currently in the approval process, designed with the same level of creativity, functionality, and architectural intention that defines every project at Hyphen Studio.

As cities evolve, thoughtful multi-family design becomes more important than ever — creating spaces that are not only efficient, but truly desirable to live in.

At Hyphen Studio, we continue to shape the future of urban living through custom-designed housing that balances community, lifestyle, and design excellence.

Timeless architecture is not just about style —
it’s about precision, proportion, and enduring presence.

Langstaff Residence, a luxury custom-designed classic home in Richmond Hill, reflects a vision where architecture and interior design are developed together as one cohesive idea.

Designed entirely by Hyphen Studio, the project brings together classical principles with a carefully tailored approach — creating a residence that feels both elegant and deeply personalized.

As construction progresses, the exterior is now nearing completion, and the project has entered a critical stage on site.
With rough-ins in place, the house is preparing for the next phase — where spaces begin to take their final form.

This transition marks an important moment in the process — where structure, systems, and design begin to align more visibly.

Langstaff Residence is steadily evolving into a home defined by detail, coordination, and intention at every level.

Stay tuned as we move into the next stage of construction.

Pleasant Residence, located in North York, is currently under construction, where design ideas are gradually taking shape on site.

From early concepts to construction, the focus has been on creating a home that is both refined and functional — with a clear architectural language and carefully considered spaces.

As the project progresses, each stage brings the design closer to reality.

More updates to come as Pleasant Residence continues to evolve.

When people talk about classic architecture,
it’s often associated with repetition — familiar forms, established rules, predictable outcomes.

But we believe even within a classic language,
uniqueness is not only possible — it’s essential.

Aldershot Residence, located in the heart of North York, began with a clear ambition:
to design a home rooted in timeless architectural principles,
while creating a distinct identity tailored to our client.

Through careful study of proportion, composition, and detail,
we developed a design that respects classical foundations
while introducing a refined, personalized expression.

Bringing this vision to life required more than design.
The project moved through a challenging approval process, where attention to detail, persistence, and a clear architectural narrative were essential.

Today, as the project enters the early stages of construction,
we begin to see that vision take physical form — step by step.

Aldershot Residence reflects our commitment to pushing beyond assumptions:
that even in classic architecture,
a home can be timeless, contextual, and truly one of a kind.

More updates to follow as construction progresses.

In large subdivision developments, homes often follow a pattern —
repeating forms, familiar layouts, predictable façades.

The challenge is not just to design a house,
but to create something that feels distinct without feeling out of place.

Keatley Residence was designed as a fully customized modern home within one of these highly controlled environments — where guidelines are strict, and variation is limited.

From the beginning, the intention was clear:
to craft a design that reflects our client’s vision and lifestyle,
while carefully aligning with the character of the surrounding neighborhood.

This balance — between individuality and context — shaped every decision.

The result is a home that stands out through proportion, material expression, and spatial clarity,
not by breaking the rules, but by redefining how they can be used.

Every element was thoughtfully considered — from massing and façade composition to interior flow — creating a cohesive design that feels both modern and grounded within its setting.

Now completed, Keatley Residence reflects what we are most passionate about:

Designing homes that are custom, contextual, and intentional — even within the most standardized conditions.
