This all-day restaurant is bright, elegant and refreshing, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Inspired by James Turrell’s light-centric art installations, as seen in Drake’s “Hotline Bling” music video, our design for the VIP lounge at History Ottawa uses colour, light, and enticing sightlines to create a space where music and architecture intertwine. The interior features a showstopping DJ booth, a built-in large scale disco ball, intimate lounge seating, and immersive lighting that combine to create a dynamic space for private events, pre-show gatherings, and after-parties.

We’re excited to reveal our interior design for The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Miami!

As part of the hotel’s recent multi-million-dollar transformation, DesignAgency reimagined key public spaces including the lobby, the bar and dining destinations, the spa and more, with branding of the food and drink venues by StudioDA. Inspired by Key Biscayne’s lush landscapes, our design expresses the signature Ritz-Carlton hospitality in fresh, modern ways. The expansive lobby features sculptural lighting, a soft palette and sweeping ocean views, while the spa feels intimate and rejuvenating with its use of natural materials and neutral tones. Each dining destination is distinct yet complementary in both interiors and visual identity, creating a cohesive guest experience from the moment of arrival.

The lobby at Pendry Washington DC - The Wharf blends classic design with modern glamour, setting the tone for an effortlessly luxurious stay. Visitors are welcomed with a bold artwork by Ottawa artist Kenneth Emig, where light becomes a medium for an immersive sensorial experience, followed by a captivating mixed media neon art piece by artist Heidi Conrod. In the reception, vintage-style desks, a French Louis XVI Carrera marble mantel, and contemporary design elements showcase Pendry’s signature luxury hospitality.

Last month, Drake’s highly anticipated NOCTA Manor getaway brought prominent guests, including Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, 21 Savage, Travis Scott and more, to an energizing retreat at Pendry Natirar, a stately rural escape offering luxurious hospitality with interiors by DesignAgency.

Surrounded by 400 rolling acres in New Jersey’s Somerset County, our interiors for Pendry Natirar preserve its historic charm while introducing new layers of contemporary materials, polished finishes, and modern furnishings and art.

History Ottawa is now open, re-energizing the ByWard Market neighbourhood of Canada’s capital city. Our design for the two-storey, 2000-person capacity live music venue builds on the success of our creative concept for the original History location in Toronto, translating it to suit Ottawa’s distinct character and status. Located in an art deco building that once housed a Chapters, History Ottawa features luxurious brass accents, immersive lighting, warm tones and an exclusive VIP Lounge that delivers an intimate and dynamic experience within the larger environment.
