A bathroom that commits to contemporary.

Cool-toned stone, frameless glass, floating vanity, backlit mirror, black hardware throughout. A bathroom where the palette is as considered as the finish.

Over the water, the material spec changes.

Steel for structure, cedar for finish, composite where moisture is constant, granite where the heat and weather meet. A deck where the spec was driven by the site.

A workspace where the finish matches the view.

Cedar ceiling, live-edge desk, black steel frames looking into the pines. The kind of room that makes working from the cottage a different thing entirely.

The view gets the attention. The structure earns it.

What you notice: a boathouse glowing at dusk, warm light through the clerestory, the lake stretching out behind it.

What we notice: exposed timber trusses, red steel columns taking the load, a hybrid structure where the steel and wood work together, glass garage doors sealed at the waterline.

The inner work is what makes the outside hold.

An open plan where both ends hold their own

Double-height living room, full stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling glass on one side. A kitchen with its own ceiling and character on the other. Concrete floors running through both. A build where the plan works because the ex*****on did.

The ceiling anchors everything beneath it.

Walnut overhead, live-edge table, woven chairs, and amber pendants. The whole room pulls from the same earthy palette, grounded in texture as much as tone.

White oak, marble, and professional range.

The materials in a kitchen like this hold together because the sequencing did. Cabinetry, millwork, appliances, layout coordination. The finishes come last but always land as intended.
