Call for Artists 🎨

Applications are now open for artists to be part of Ascent: Toronto Burning Man Decompression on September 26, 2026.

We’re looking for installations, interactive art, sculpture, lighting, performance, and other creative projects to help transform the space at Motorista Studio.

We welcome both existing artwork and new projects created specifically for Ascent. For selected projects, limited funding may be available to help cover material or transportation costs.

Toronto Burners, we're ascending.

This year's event, Ascent, draws inspiration from Burning Man 2026's theme, Axis Mundi, the mythical world axis connecting earth and sky. Together, we'll gather to explore connection, transformation, and the spaces where art, music, ritual, and community intersect.
