We are NOT your typical traditional, street style Malaysian restaurant. Your beef rendang comes in a poutine. Chicken kapitan is served on tacos. So if you are looking for authentic, Malaysian hawker street food, you may be satiated with our char kway teow with housemade chili sambal, or our fragrant curry laksa with polygonum. But don't mistake our Malay-dian tapas to be authentic street food out of Malaysia. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Our bartenders have put together a delicious and completely original cocktail list that has something for everyone. Anyone heard of TEAPOT shots before? What a privilege we have been given, to serve this community and do what we love. We've watched your 1st graders go off to university, your high schoolers get married. We've seen first dates flourish into families. The past few years have been difficult as we've also witnessed loss and heartache. Through it all, you have made us a part of your community. We are so blessed that you continue to choose us for your celebrations, milestones and the everyday in between. Thank you Toronto for 13 years.
And thank you to our teams, past and present, who show up everyday and make this dream a reality. There is no Soos without you ❤️

Throwback to 2020, to our last Chicken Rice, during Covid takeout days. We're bringing it back this weekend (Friday + Saturday), sans the broth, adding some soya broth blanched beansprouts, and even more love. Limited orders.
