Still doing the same boring plank every core day?
Keep the plank—but stop making it your entire core routine.
Add different challenges:
• Cable crunch — create flexion
• Dumbbell carry — resist side bending
• Pallof press — resist rotation
• Cable wood chop — control rotation
A strong core shouldn’t only hold still. It should also help you create and control movement.
These aren’t every core pattern—just four ways to make your training more complete and a lot less boring.
Which one are you adding next?
Starting is easier when you don’t have to do it alone.
You don’t need the same fitness level, strength or exact goal to train together.
With semi-private coaching, groups of 2–3 can share the same session while exercises, weights and technique cues are adjusted for each person.
The support of training together—with coaching that still meets you where you are.
Who would you bring with you?

No energy for your full workout?
Don’t skip it—shorten it.
Keep four important exercises, complete three quality sets of each, and leave the optional work for another day.
A shorter workout still counts.
Do you stop when the set is finished—or when it first starts feeling uncomfortable?
There’s a difference.
As a working set becomes challenging, your reps may slow down and require more focus. That doesn’t automatically mean your form has failed or the set needs to end.
The goal isn’t to force every set to complete failure.
It’s to create enough challenge without losing control of the movement.
If every working set ends while the reps still feel easy, you may be stopping before the muscle has been meaningfully challenged.
Push the effort. Keep the form.
Save this and ask yourself after your next set:
How many clean reps did I really have left?
Not seeing chest progress? More exercises may not be the answer.
From Week 4 to Week 8, we focused on three changes:
1. Controlling the tempo
2. Bracing the core before every rep
3. Choosing exercises that train the chest with purpose
The result? Better control, stronger reps and visible progress.
Progress isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes, it comes from doing the right things better.

Everyone sees the before and after.
Few people see the mornings they didn’t feel like coming.
The workouts that felt impossible.
The weeks when progress felt slow.
This transformation wasn’t built in one workout.
It was built by showing up, again and again.
That’s what we’re really proud of.
Most people think progress happens when the weight gets heavier.
I think it starts much earlier.
It starts the day you decide to come back, even when you’re sore, tired, or doubting yourself.
Every confident lifter was once a beginner wondering if they belonged.
Keep showing up. The results will follow.
