mobility. every single day!!!
i used to think mobility was JUST stretching (lol) and now i can’t go a night without getting Matt Phili | Mobility For Barbell Lovers done. in the past few months, i’ve learnt how to build control and strength in my end ranges

if you aren’t doing mobility you’re honestly missing out. 🤷‍♀️

with so much volume work each day it’s hard not to feel sore.. everywhere 🫩 my little flex is that frog stretches used to get me cramping up but now i’m proud to say that it may be my fav exercise haha 🤍
