I want to keep young professionals on the fast track to great things!

The future of our association and our industry depends on the next generation of hoteliers, so I will absolutely make sure they are properly prepared. This involves several important initiatives, but my special priorities are:

• Help young entrepreneurs with access to growth capital by expanding SBA loans beyond $5 million – similar to what happened recently with loans for small manufacturers
• Protect hotel revenue by pushing for credit card chargeback regulations to be more clear and more fair
• Address workplace shortages and staff career growth by supporting more modern employment-based immigration solutions

Old ways of thinking and doing business bring the same old results. Instead my style is always do things better with fresh ideas, energy, and innovation. That’s how I can help young professionals improve their opportunities and control their future.

As you can see, I have a vision for our YP. And I have the rich experience, powerful passion, and fierce commitment to achieve it.

My first hotel job was as a night auditor, teaching me what makes a property tick around the clock. Since then I’ve worked my way into ownership, and today proudly own and operate a portfolio of both branded and independent hotels.

And I know how to get things done because I’ve been an AAHOA Ambassador for three terms and currently serve on the Independent Hoteliers Committee.

I’m very ready to be a strong voice, guide, and advocate for YP. Very ready to support and energize our youth. And I’m always ready to hear your concerns, ideas, and suggestions so please share by e-mail, text, phone, or social.
