Position: Commercial Cleaning Subcontractor
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Contract Work
Pay: $80–$120 per location, depending on the size, scope, and requirements of the job

TrueClean GTA is currently seeking reliable and experienced commercial cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team. We are looking for professionals who have experience handling commercial properties and who can complete detailed, high-quality cleaning work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Perform commercial deep cleaning and recurring cleaning services
- Clean restaurants, offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties
- Clean and sanitize floors, washrooms, kitchens, common areas, windows, and other assigned areas
- Complete detailed deep-cleaning tasks according to the scope provided for each location
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent TrueClean GTA professionally while on-site
- Complete assigned jobs within the required timeframe
- Notify management of any issues, damages, or concerns discovered at the property

Requirements

Applicants must:

- Have previous experience in commercial cleaning and commercial deep cleaning
- Have their own reliable transportation
- Have their own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Be reliable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
- Be able to work independently
- Be comfortable working evenings, nights, or weekends when required
- Have a working cellphone and be able to communicate consistently with our team
- Be legally able to work as an independent contractor in Ontario

Compensation

Subcontractors are paid a fixed rate of $80–$120 per location.

The exact rate will depend on the property's size, cleaning requirements, and scope of work. This is not an hourly-paid position.

Additional and recurring locations may become available for subcontractors who consistently provide high-quality and reliable service.

TrueClean GTA provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We are expanding our commercial cleaning division and are looking to build long-term relationships with dependable cleaning professionals.
