Meet Vandana Taxali — the art and intellectual property lawyer behind CARFAC Ontario’s new Member Legal Services program. 🎨⚖️

Through EntCounsel Law Firm, Vandana offers CARFAC Ontario members:

→ Free legal triage
→ Drop-in clinics
→ Member-rate consultations

This isn’t another lawyer referral. It was built from the ground up around how artists actually work — because your legal needs don’t fit a standard template.

This is a pilot program, and your feedback is what shapes it.

Start with a free legal triage visit at ENTCOUNSEL.COM/BOOK

Artists’ Rights Clinic:
every Monday + Wednesday at 5PM EDT — free drop-in at JO.MY/LEGAL-CLINIC

Good things happen when artists and organizations are on the same page. This year, CARFAC Ontario is helping build that. First up: STATUS.

The Ontario Status of the Artist Action is a sector-driven commitment, a public affirmation by organizations that uphold artists’ legal and economic rights.

No legislation required. Just the sector choosing to do right by artists, together.

If you’re an organization that works with visual artists, we invite you to adopt the Action. If you’re an artist, this one’s for you.
