What if one decision could create a real pathway to opportunity?
Inclusion becomes meaningful when it moves beyond intention and becomes action.
Through One Company. One Talent., Enabled Talent is inviting organizations across Canada to make one pledge by October 31, 2026:
A full-time job.
An internship.
A co-op / WIL opportunity.
Or a mentorship.
One opportunity can be the starting point for someone with a disability to connect with meaningful work, experience, skills, and community.
Ready to turn inclusion from an intention into an opportunity?
Make your pledge and become part of the movement.

One stage with different perspectives and one important conversation.
At BVX 2026, Enabled Talent brought together voices from business, accessibility, education, and workforce innovation to look at what it will take to build a workforce where more people can participate and succeed.
From AI and inclusive hiring to workforce participation, accessibility, labour shortages, and the changing needs of employers, the conversation went beyond technology.
It was about what happens when businesses, governments, educational institutions, and community organizations work together to rethink how opportunity is created.
A big thank you to Eve Adams, Tammy Morris, and Joze Piranian for sharing their insights, and to Ashesh Arora for leading the conversation.
We're grateful to Brampton Venture Zone, Toronto Metropolitan University, the Brampton Innovation District, and PathSeekers for helping bring this conversation to the BVX stage.
And to everyone who joined us , thank you for being part of it.
The event may have ended, but the ideas shared on that stage are only the beginning.
Building a more inclusive future of work takes all of us.

What a conversation.
Yesterday at BVX 2026, we joined leaders from business, accessibility, and workforce innovation to explore a challenge that will shape the future of work:
How do we build workforce systems that are more accessible, more productive, and better equipped for the future?
The discussion explored labour shortages, workforce participation, inclusive hiring, accessibility, and the role that employers, governments, educational institutions, and emerging technologies can play in expanding access to opportunity.
Thank you to Eve Adams, Tammy Morris, and Joze Piranian for sharing their perspectives, and to Ashesh Arora for leading the conversation.
We're also grateful to Brampton Venture Zone by TMU, Toronto Metropolitan University, the Brampton Innovation District, and our marketing partner PathSeekers for helping create and amplify this conversation.
The session may be over, but the conversation is far from finished.
Because building the future workforce isn't the responsibility of one organization, one sector, or one solution. It takes collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to creating pathways that allow more people to participate and succeed.

Tomorrow, we'll spend time in BVX discussing a question that could shape the next decade of work:
Who gets designed into the workforce, and who gets designed out of it?
Every hiring process, workplace policy, technology platform, and employment system makes decisions about participation, often without us realizing it.
As organizations prepare for demographic shifts, workforce gaps, and new technologies, the conversation can no longer be limited to filling roles.
It has to include how opportunity is created, accessed, and experienced.
We're looking forward to bringing this discussion to BVX alongside Eve Adams, Tammy Morris, Joze Piranian and Ashesh Arora.

1.3 billion people. One global opportunity.
People with disabilities represent one of the world’s largest untapped talent pools. Yet barriers in hiring, accessibility, and workforce systems continue to keep millions from fully participating in the economy.
Enabled Talent is building for that gap.
In October 2026, we’re opening our seed round to investors who see inclusion not only as a social priority, but as a global workforce opportunity.
We’re building technology and infrastructure to help connect talent with employers, remove barriers, and make access to meaningful work more possible at scale.
Our seed round opens October 2026.
Invest in human potential.
Be part of what comes next.

When 45% of Canadians with disabilities face direct barriers in their online work, it points to a hidden workplace tax.
Most people see digital accessibility as a compliance checklist or an IT ticket. In reality, these numbers reveal a systemic productivity drain and career bottleneck.
👉 The Nuance We Often Overlook:
When corporate software, internal databases, or everyday apps aren't accessible, professionals with disabilities have to invent daily workarounds just to complete standard tasks.
This creates a exhausting dual workload: they have to do the job and fight the poorly designed tools built to assist them.
This hidden friction explains a major reason why 34% of employed Canadians with disabilities are overqualified for their current jobs. When a digital ecosystem is exhausting to navigate, high-skilled talent gets trapped in lower-level positions simply because those roles present fewer technological hurdles.
👉 The Takeaway:
If your digital environment isn't accessible, you aren't just locking people out, you are actively suppressing the potential of the talent you already hired. True inclusion means providing an seamless digital ecosystem where energy is spent on innovation, not troubleshooting.
Let’s shift from basic compliance to true digital equity. Learn how we help organizations upgrade their digital inclusion at www.enabletalent.com
