Hot off the easel: Feel the warmth of the bright sun shining through the yellow, orange and red leaves creating a fiery glow in the canopy overhead on this fall walk through the Haliburton forest.

Hot off the easel: Forks of the Credit Towering Tree.
The curved shapes and bold colours of the sky and clouds complement the organic curves of the tree trunk and branches stretching high and wide up into the sun.

Anstruther Lake Monolith Rock. Inspired by the sharp edges and the water level lines on the rocks, I painted the sky and water in a similar style with geometric shapes and bold contrasting colours.
