Job Description:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist customers through chat and email, answer questions about services, and help resolve basic issues. You will work with a friendly team and receive full training before starting.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through chat and email in a professional manner
Provide clear information about products and services
Assist customers with account questions and basic troubleshooting
Record and update customer information in the system
Maintain polite and helpful communication at all times
Requirements:
Must be based in India
Basic English communication skills (written and reading)
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts available
Part-time: 3–4 hours per day
Full-time: 6–8 hours per day
