Congratulations to Jonah and Rihana for being selected as this week’s Athletes of the Week presented by the Truro Agromart!

Rihana Mackay

Rihana’s rugby knowledge, leadership, and tactical awareness continue to stand out both on and off the field. She has an excellent understanding of the game, consistently reading plays ahead of time and making smart decisions under pressure. Her ability to identify space, organise those around her, and adapt her approach to suit the situation makes her a valuable presence on the field.

Rihana communicates with confidence and has a real knack for creating opportunities, controlling the flow of play, and making the right decision when her team needs it most.

Jonah Dysart

This weekend Jonah Dysart proved once again that summer training pays off as he was the first Ram to cross the finish line at 32:59, which is nearly 3 minutes faster than the end of the season last year. Well done Jonah!
