There's something about Rustic Retreat in these last golden weeks before fall really sets in. The light hits different. Nights are getting cooler. And once the leaves start letting go, our property shifts into a whole new season, beautiful in its own way, but not the "wedding season" feel most couples are picturing when they imagine their big day here.

We run tours as late into the season as we can. Honestly, the exact end date is up to Mother Nature, not us. Once those leaves start coming down, that's our cue. So if you've been meaning to book a tour, now's the time.

We want you to walk the property and actually *feel* what your wedding weekend will feel like. The trees full and green. The open-air dancefloor catching the evening light. The quiet that settles over the whole 65 acres once the sun starts to dip and it's just you, your people, and the sound of the fire crackling.

That's the thing we hear most, every single weekend. One guest put it simply: "beautiful property, definitely recommended, had a great time." Every 3-day or 5-day package includes:

•Bridal Suite, private Couples Cabin, shower house, and a full lineup of extras: yard games, hammocks, trampoline, firewood, and free-to-use decor

•Total flexibility: bring in your own vendors or DIY it with family and friends, plus an onsite planner/day-of coordinator if you want the help

We’re now booking and touring for both 2027 and 2028, but only 5 dates remain for our 2027 season.

A little Venue update!

Well, it’s been a crazy spring here at Rustic Retreat! Between construction, rain, tours, more rain, more tours, and even more rain, we’re beyond excited to finally be welcoming our 2026 couples.

We planned a delay to the start of this season on purpose, to make time for some special new amenities, and we can’t wait to share them with you.

Our first couple of the year said “I do” last weekend and are home resting, and our second couple has just checked in for their weekend celebration. So we finally have a few moments to catch our breath and show you what’s new…

The Bridal Suite: complete with two stylist chairs for hair and makeup, plus a changing area, giving you and your crew a beautiful, private space to get ready before you walk down the aisle.

The Wash House: hot water on demand and shower stalls with a clear ceiling overhead. Open sky above, solid walls around you, warm water the whole time.

The Decor Shed: a growing collection of decor pieces, including generous donations from past couples who wanted future brides and grooms to enjoy them too. Thank you to everyone who has contributed! All included in every package at no extra cost, so you can take your vision above and beyond without adding to your budget.

And of course, all of this joins everything you already love about Rustic Retreat: 65 acres all to yourselves for the weekend, our couples cabin, clear top gazebo, a dance floor under the stars, groomed walking trails, modern picnic tables, a sound system, outdoor games, and so much more.

Our packages include up to 80 guests, with camping available for up to 60 (maximum capacity is 100), and the freedom to create your celebration exactly your way.
