Drywall Local 675 was pleased to welcome Ontario Premier Doug Ford and MP Peter Fonseca among the many guests who visited the 2026 National Apprenticeship Competition.
Their visit was an opportunity to see apprentices in action and experience firsthand the skill, dedication and craftsmanship being demonstrated throughout the competition.
Bringing together apprentices, industry representatives, community leaders and guests from across the country, the National Apprenticeship Competition celebrates the training and talent behind the skilled trades.
We were proud to be part of an event that puts apprentices and their skills in the spotlight.
Congratulations to Leonardo, recipient of the 2026 Drywall Local 675 Mazzotta Scholarship! 🎓👏

Happy National Tradesperson Day 🛠️
Thank you to every Local 675 member for the work you do.
Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦
Canada is more than a place on a map. It’s the communities we build, the people we work besides, and the opportunities we create for the next generation.
Every day, skilled tradespeople help shape the schools, hospitals, homes, and infrastructure that keep this country moving forward. Our work leaves a lasting impact long after the job is done.
Today, we celebrate the pride, resilience, and craftsmanship that help build Canada from coast to coast.
