Together, we helped raise $2,422.80 for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation Walk. To everyone who donated, shared our fundraiser, walked alongside us or offered words of encouragement: thank you.

Seeing so many people come together for Vanessa’s has meant more than we can put into words.

That’s a wrap on our End of Summer Bash!

We closed the workday early to properly thank our team for all their hard work.

A major milestone!

Our team was proud to join Mildev Properties, our project partners, families, friends and supporters to officially break ground on this new industrial development at 2777 Meadowpine Boulevard in Mississauga.

A groundbreaking is about much more than turning the first soil. It represents the planning, trust and collaboration required to transform an idea into something tangible. With the ceremonial shovels in the ground and site preparation underway, we’re excited to begin bringing this project to life.

Thank you to the Mildev Properties team for placing their confidence in PAC Building Group. We’re also grateful to Sora Siteworks for helping establish a strong start on site, Vincentina Meats for keeping everyone well-fed, and everyone else who joined us despite the rain to celebrate this important occasion.

The weather may not have cooperated, but the turnout and the energy on site made it a memorable day. We look forward to sharing the progress as this massive new build takes shape.

This September, the PAC team is walking 21km for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, in support of Vanessa Castiglione.

And we’re doing this virtually, meaning everyone on the team logs their own kilometres, wherever they are, on their own schedule for the cause.

Every dollar goes toward cancer research that’s already helped raise over $199 million since the walk began. It’s how we show up for our people.

On site at Kitchener City Hall.

We were awarded the general contract for the renovation of Kitchener City Hall, following a competitive public tender process.

Municipal work runs through a different gate than private sector. Procurement portals, insurance and bonding requirements, a paper trail on every submission. Winning the bid is only step one. Delivering it under that level of scrutiny is what earns the next call.

The project is underway now, institutional-grade work, same standard we bring to every job, public or private.

It starts with the ground: aggregate placed, graded, and compacted into a base built to hold everything above it. Then the concrete starts flowing, and the whole crew moves in sync until the pour is done. From there, it’s screeded and finished into a slab so smooth it reflects the lights overhead.

The result is one massive milestone.
