Buy or Sell Although new to the business, he was already knowledgeable in most aspects of the industry, learning a thing or two from growing up around his grandfather - a real estate salesperson himself from the early 60s. Eventually, Nick bought and sold property, where he learned hands on what the process really looked like from both a buyer and seller’s perspective. In fact, his very first home purchase got him elected onto his condominium’s board of directors as Vice President for several years. Nick worked endlessly in his spare time, helping restructure the almost bankrupt building, and rebuilding its finances and infrastructure to once again have a healthy budget and reserve fund. He has been awarded several top distinction awards and has sold in excess of 150 million dollars worth of real estate.
