Willys Ranch vacation rental is situated in the foothills of Vernon, just a short drive from Silver Star Ski resort. Vernon is situated 46 kms north of Kelowna in the northern region of the Okanagan Valley, a 4.5 hour drive northeast of Vancouver or a 6 hour drive west from Calgary, Alberta. Greater Vernon is surrounded by 3 lakes; the northern tip of Okanagan Lake, to the west Kalamalka Lake, Lake of many Colors, to the East; and Swan Lake to the north. Although the lakes make Vernon a popular summer tourist destination, Silver Star Ski Resort and its Victorian inspired village, also makes Vernon a popular winter destination for skiers.
