Meet Mathieu, Fathom’s new Bar Manager.

Born in Montreal, Mathieu’s hospitality journey has taken him from Jasper to Vancouver Island, where he’s built a strong career across some of Victoria’s most recognized hotels and restaurants. He joins Fathom after first coming on as a bartender in 2025, quickly becoming a key part of the bar program.

With leadership experience, a passion for wine and cocktails, and an International Sommelier Level 1 certification, Mathieu brings a thoughtful, welcoming approach to hospitality, focused on creating spaces where guests can connect and feel at ease.
