Not your typical Colombian coffee.

This honey-processed Castillo variety from Popayán, Cauca pushes beyond expectations with a fruit-forward, expressive cup that still keeps Colombia’s signature balance.

Light roasted to highlight its character, it opens with tasting notes of strawberry, grapefruit, and lemon custard, layered with wildflower honey and soft cocoa. Crisp, clean, and sweet on the finish.

This hand-selected coffee comes from the Timuza Coffee Collective in Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands, where 200 small-scale farmers work together to produce expressive, balanced coffees.
