I illustrate scenes of fantasy and emotional horror. I sell my original artwork and prints in person at vendor events and online.

If you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit in, you are my people. My art is for the outsiders, freaks and weirdos.

Another lunchtime sketch.
I have no idea where I was going with this, or why I drew it on such a steep angle. Probably just the results of night shift brain.

I think a lot of the things I draw at work are just to dump the clutter out of my mind to clear a path for a solid idea to come out.

My latest Anitque Mall Find: Part 1

The first set of a few great finds this weekend at the One of a Kind Antiques in

One of my favorite artists and major influences is Wally Wood, I rarely come across anything of his and even more rare is to find anything in good shape thats affordable. This weekend I struck gold starting with these "Adults Only" Sally Forth issues from the late 70's. I was aware of the Sally Forth character and seen her in other collections of Wood's art but I have never seen the actual comic books (which are the size of LP record covers).

The artwork in these is incredible, very close to his great work in the early MAD comic/magazines of the 50's and 60's. I've been pouring over these pages since I got them. Most of Wood's work from this period (the 70's) in regular comics I am not a fan of. He really simplified things, which I can understand due to deadlines and personal frustrations (lookup Wally Woods "sh*t list"). So to see him firing on all cylinders on these pages is a real treat.

As soon as I saw these I grabbed them, not realizing until I got home that I didn't have 1 book per bag, but 2. $8CDN for all 4 issues. SCORE!!

I've attached images that I didn't need to censor of the interiors from book 1 and 2.

Black and White or full colour. Which looks better?

One of my older pieces (2024) was of a dragon. I decided to bring it out to shows after keeping it back because I felt it didn't fit the rest of my work. Although I like the original (3rd attachment) and will keep it on display at my shows I felt it needed an update so I redrew it digitally (the original is pen and ink and watercolour).

Now that its done, I like it a lot and have a colour and black and white version. Should I make prints available for both versions? What do you think looks better?

Nightshift 2nd break sketch .

I don't know whats happening here, but it looks cool. Maybe I'll do something with it for Frightmare next month.

There has been a great deal of support from many of my followers across many social media platforms. I appreciate all of it and take none of it for granted. Over the past couple years my followers have grown and views have increased except for one platform. LinkedIN

Nothing but crickets for years on LinkedIN until very recently when an artist, designer, and educator from Michigan Reynaldo Rivera started sharing my work. I was super grateful for that, so I sent him a custom thank you.

See Reynaldo's work on his website Riverkings Studios. The link is in the comments
