For The Penny, we collaborated with Pinecrest, Rycon Construction, and Rhode Partners to engineer a full visual suite of 3D renderings, bringing each of the property’s spaces, from the expansive lounge to the soothing sauna, to life.

When it comes to leasing, investing in a complete visual asset portfolio from day one can do a lot of the heavy lifting.

Rize's Koto opens this fall - a new student community on Burnaby Mountain, just a few minutes from SFU. Looking back at the project, the turning point came partway through. The early renderings were technically right but not yet capturing the mood, and once that came into focus, the path forward did too.

We dramatically shifted the lighting direction, introducing a golden-hour glow to the exterior to convey warmth, vibrancy, and energy.

Client collaboration clarifies needs and provides direction, allowing us to deliver the strongest solutions possible.
