The club is for those interested in the Real Estate Industry. It will serve as a focal point connecting members with leading industry professionals.
This club is for Laurier students from all faculties that are interested in getting to know more about the diverse field of Real Estate and the job opportunities that exist within it. Through info sessions, that will include Q&A periods as well as social networking, we will introduce students to industry leaders with various areas of expertise such as commercial/residential sales, developments, investment/income properties, property management, and capital markets. Our goal is to open Laurier students up to possible job opportunities they never knew existed and help them to make the connections in order to secure those jobs.
Join us as we walk to two recent investments acquired by Lowlands Properties and break down how deals come together in commercial real estate.

This past weekend, some of our members attended Blossom Con in Toronto to learn from industry leaders, connect with like-minded students, and explore the world of investing.
While commercial real estate is its own asset class, the same investing principles apply. Analyzing opportunities, understanding risk, building long-term value, and making informed decisions.
