ADOK (Another Dimension of Knowledge) is a bilingual page inspired by its founder's studies and personal experience with the book A Course in Miracles, in which we will gradually share material in English and Spanish. The book is not a new religion, teaching, or discovery. On the contrary, the text channeled by psychologist Helen Schucman, and published in 1976, helps us to unlearn the concepts that have been instilled in us in this world for over 2000 years.

It's easy to measure your worth by how others respond to you. A compliment can lift your mood. A criticism can ruin your day. When approval becomes your source of value, peace always feels uncertain.
A Course in Miracles invites us to look deeper. It teaches that your value isn't something the world can give—or take away. It was established by God and remains untouched by anyone's opinion.
The more we seek validation from others, the more we forget the certainty that already lives within us.
“God is but Love, and therefore so am I.”
—ACIM, W-rV.in.4:3
You don't have to earn your worth. You only have to remember it.
