Did you know stone therapy isn’t just relaxing — it’s therapeutic?

🔥 Hot stones loosen tight muscles and improve circulation
❄️ Cold stones reduce inflammation and soothe soreness
💚 Jade stones bring grounding, balance, and deep relaxation

One treatment. Three powerful benefits.
Your body will thank you.

Come say Hello! I’ll be out front of Active Natural Health at 57 Baldwin St. (Between 2 awesome small businesses; The Goodberry and The Song Spot) for the Brooklin Harvest Festival.

My kids had their first day of school yesterday, so it’s perfect timing that mom gets her first day of work photos today.

I’m happy to announce I’ll be joining the team at Active Natural Health in downtown Brooklin. I’ll continue to offer massage therapy treatments, hot and cold stone therapy, soft cupping, relaxation massage, and I’m now adding manual lymphatic drainage! What a great way to boost your immune system and reduce your stress!

📅 Appointments are now open! I’ll be working Mondays 11-3pm, Wednesdays 11-3pm, and 2 Saturdays a month.

Book your session with me today https://activenaturalhealth.janeapp.com
