What a beautiful two days at our Japa Mala class! 💜

We encouraged everyone to trust their intuition and create the mala that felt right for them. We didn’t quite know how much of a challenge the process would be, but everyone brought patience, creativity, and their own ideas to it.

From choosing beads and working out patterns to picking the string colour and finishing with a Guru bead, there were so many decisions along the way. The best part was seeing the finished malas: each one was completely different, and each one suited the personality of the person who made it. ✨

Thank you to everyone who signed up and spent these two days creating with us. We loved seeing what you made!

Our next Japa Mala class will be in November, with details coming soon. We’d love for you to join us and see what you create. 💜

The Harvest Moon is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox. For me, it’s a reminder to feel grateful for how far we’ve come, even if the journey hasn’t looked quite the way we imagined. ✨

Theme: Harmony & clarity
Suggested crystal: Fluorite, for a moment of focus and reflection.

A simple ritual: Find a quiet moment and name three things you’re grateful for. Then ask yourself: What feels heavy right now? What is pulling me away from my centre? Write down one thing you’re ready to let go of, and choose one small way to restore balance.

Keep what nourishes you. Release what has run its course. Trust that there is room for something new. 🤍
