At EverLife ABA, we believe that meaningful progress begins with understanding, connection, and trust.
Our approach to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
Rather than focusing solely on changing behaviours, we take the time to understand why a behaviour is happening and what meaningful support looks like for each individual and family.
✨ We integrate evidence-based practices with approaches that support:
• Emotional regulation and self-awareness
• Communication and meaningful connection
• Independence and functional life skills
• Social understanding and relationship building
• Confidence, self-advocacy, and quality of life
We work collaboratively with families to create individualized goals that honour each person’s strengths, needs, and unique way of experiencing the world.
Because progress isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about having the tools, support, and opportunities to thrive as yourself.

Welcome Bella! 🎉 Isabella is a Supervised Behaviour Technician with a passion for supporting children in developing meaningful skills, building confidence, and discovering their strengths. She believes therapy should be individualized, engaging, and grounded in patience, compassion, and genuine connection. With a background in Cognitive Science, Psychology, and Philosophy and a current Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Isabella brings curiosity and empathy to her work with children and families. Outside of ABA, she has a deep love for animals and the natural world, working closely with animals and exploring animal behaviour, particularly her passion for reptiles. Another backpack, another big step. 🎒 That walk down the driveway is a whole production.
For a lot of families, back-to-school season is when transitions like this get harder to navigate alone - new schedules, new environments, big feelings about change. That’s exactly where we come in.
EverLife ABA is currently accepting new clients in Vaughan, Toronto, and Halton. 💛 If your family could use support with transitions, routines, or building independence at home or in the community, we’d love to talk.
DM us or email [email protected] today to learn more or book an intake, spots are limited.
Yep 🙂↕️ I get to play for work, what do you do?
The goal isn’t a child who never gets dysregulated. It’s a child who feels it rising, reaches for their menu, and comes back on their own. We build the loop: notice the body, pick the action, feel the shift. Repeat until it’s theirs.
Sing together, move together, cuddle together, regulate together. When I offer hand squeezes to a dysregulated kid, that’s not ‘just calming.’ It’s deep proprioceptive input reducing arousal so learning can happen. Warm and evidence-based aren’t opposites. At EverLife they’re the same move.
Growling stomach means hungry. Fast heart beat might mean nervous. We spend so much time teaching kids to name emotions and often skip the body part that produces them. Interoception first. The emotion label lands once the sensation is felt.
A yoga ball calms one kid and overstimulates another. So we don’t prescribe. We experiment. ‘Does this action make my body feel good, yes or no?’ Your child’s data builds their menu. Individualized, because bodies are.
Deep pressure. Bee breaths. Legs up the wall. These aren’t just yoga. Paired with the moment a body needs them, tracked for what actually works, they become a regulation menu your kid owns. That’s where the mat meets the science.
