We have had several boxes arrive in our store and are working hard to get all the items online. Let's start with Notions and Scissors.

If you were at our first Kimat Stitch day this year, you will know how much we LOVE LDH Scissors. Well, we just got SEVERAL new types in the store, each beautifully made and each with it's own purpose.

We also had many types of needles arrive, Sashiko supplies, needle threaders and cases, cloth bitties, thimbles and more!

What a wonderful Kimat Stitch Day with afternoon tea!

Thank you to all that came out to support us and to have a great time. We had fun stitching, talking, learning from a wonderful presentation, shopping at the boutique, and, of course, eating! This time we had a fancy afternoon tea followed by many compliments from those that attended.

Our speaker was Julie from Knitted Bliss, an embroidery and knit wear designer, and by the end of her presentation I think we are all excited to zhuzh up (beautify) pieces of our wardrobe with some of her ideas and patterns. -- Thank you Julie!

A HUGE thank you also to Kim and Meagan for making homemade scones, cookies and tiny cupcakes & setting up the boutique, to Toby for the sandwiches, tarts, homemade clotted cream, and special meals, and to Maria, Rob, Sydney, and Yusairah for ALL of your amazing help in the kitchen - preparing the sandwiches, waiting tables, setup and tear down. We could not have done it without ALL of you. ❤

Two newsletters in one month is almost unheard of for us, but we wanted to update you on three wonderful events happening in the last two weeks of August.

1. We have been invited back for a Pop-up at Myrtle Station Wool on August 27 from 11-7 and August 28 &29 from 10-5. Hope to see you there.

2. We have extended our pre-order date for the new release found at the Needlework Marketplace till Aug 21. Pre-orders help us determine which designs you, our stitchers, are most interested in. If you have seen a design that we have not added to our site, send us an email, and we will do our best to get it online and to you!

3. Week 8 of our Sensational Summer Sale is live on the website. Use Coupon Code: PS25 to receive the discount on this week's featured patterns.
