Our tip: Choose one focal point and simplify what surrounds it so the room’s best feature gets the attention.
3. How the space feels.
Dim lighting and heavy window coverings can make even a lovely room feel less inviting.
Our tip: Open the curtains, switch on your lamps and use a consistent bulb colour throughout the room.
