Our doors officially open September 8, and tonight marks the first release of our North York schedule.

Going forward, new classes will be released every Sunday at 8PM, so make sure you’re ready to book your favourites before they fill.

Whether you’re joining us for Reformer, Mat, or trying Flo for the very first time, we can’t wait to welcome you into our new space.
