A weekend's worth of nurturing meals for a yoga retreat. Was pretty jealous to send it all off!

Last day up north turned out to be a great one. Calm day on the water let us get out to a spot we usually can't in the boat, and it produced a few little lake trout and a salmon for us. Great way to end the summer work season!

We are back to reality in Windsor, ready for wedding season!

August will be salmony, I can feel it in my plums!

Out of breath, covered in slime (me and the fish). Biggest fish of my life, doubt I'll ever top this in freshwater. 53" 38 POUNDS. The teeth! 😰

Been a slow, disheartening year for fishing up here. This makes it all worth it. Reeling up lines after catching no salmon, he hit the spoon on the way up. Always reel up slowly, you never know what's following.

Was revived next to the boat and swam off happy! What a dinosaur.

On the board for the season up north!
Wrong species for down rigging but.. I'll take it
