Loading into your trail toes during the backswing is guaranteed to ruin your downswing sequence. 🏌️♂️❌
When you carry a negative line of pressure into your toes on the backswing, your trail side has no choice but to kick out toward the golf ball during transition—leading to major contact issues and early extension.
Here is the 2-step line of pressure fix to clean up your footwork:
1️⃣ Load the Trail Heel – Early in the backswing, feel your weight pressure load into the inside of your trail heel rather than your toes. This sets up a positive line of pressure.
2️⃣ Shift & Push – From the trail heel, transition onto the ball of your lead foot, allowing your lead leg and hip to push back through impact.
Big shoutout to for providing the ground reaction force technology and data to help our players see and feel these pressure shifts instantly! 📊🎯

My first golf swings of the day on the driving range are always... 🤫🏌️♂️
Instead of grabbing a wedge and hitting those lazy, chippy little shots to start my warm-up, I always go through a solid dynamic routine and pull right out a 5-iron. For me, the first thing I want to feel during a session is a truly compressed, well-struck golf shot. Let’s be honest, watching a low, punchy flighted 5-iron pierce through the morning air is just an elite visual to kick off the day. 🚀
We are also officially in that absolute sweet spot of the year for golf weather. It’s that perfect morning crispness where you start the range session in a hoodie, and by the time you walk to the first tee, you’re rolling in just a golf shirt. ☀️
Keeping it light and moving easy today in the Airspeed shorts. If you haven’t tried these yet, they are easily some of the most lightweight and breathable shorts you can find. The athletic fit is completely dialed in honestly, I have them in almost every color at this point and they’ll be on heavy rotation all year long. 💯
What’s your go-to club to hit first when you step onto the range? Drop it below. 👇
If you’re heading out to TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley from June 10-14, you need to maximize your day. 🇨🇦⛳️
The RBC Canadian Open is way more than just a standard sports event. Beyond watching the absolute best players in the world tear up the pristine North Course, the fan experience on-site is top-tier.
Here are the top 3 things you need to do when you get to the course:
1️⃣ Experience The Rink Hole: Head over to the par-3 14th hole to witness the most electric atmosphere in Canadian golf. It’s a hockey-styled fan favorite where the energy is incredibly rowdy and full of national pride.
2️⃣ Grab Food at The Fare Way: Take a break from walking the fairways and enjoy premium food and drink options on-site, featuring the legendary setup from The Keg.
3️⃣ Watch the Elite Field Up Close: Get a front-row seat to see golf at the highest level. The field is stacked this year with major champions like Matt Fitzpatrick and Collin Morikawa going head-to-head with our homegrown stars like Nick Taylor and Corey Conners.
It’s an incredible summer day out, and it’s completely family-friendly—kids 12 and under get in for free!

14 players, 14 swings. 🚀⛳️
With the Golf Ontario Qualifier just around the corner, we headed over to Seven Lakes Golf Club yesterday. Brought 14 from the crew on what turned out to be a perfect day to play golf.
A huge thank you to Seven Lakes for hosting us—the course is in absolutely spectacular shape right now and it’s going to be a phenomenal test for the qualifiers. Awesome work
Huge thanks to for spending the day out there as well.
Stop hanging back and start crisping your irons. 🛠️⛳️
If you’re constantly battling chunked shots or fat contact, it’s almost always a low point control issue caused by hanging back on your trail side through impact. To hit it crisp, we need that low point shifted forward.
Trying to fix this all in one fluid motion can feel impossible, which is why I break it down into this simple 3-step drill:
Step 1: Make your normal backswing and STOP. Pausing here resets your momentum and forces you to isolate the next move.
Step 2: Feel the shift. Before you move the club, feel your pressure move from your trail side to your lead side. You’ll feel this predominantly pushing off your trail foot, but you should instantly feel a heavy presence on your lead foot as well.
Step 3: Go straight to a full follow-through. Finish tall, balanced, and completely posted up on your lead side.
By practicing this in segments, you teach your body the correct sequence of transition before the speed of the swing takes over. Take it slow on the range, dial in the feelings, and watch your contact clean up. 🚀
I have to give some love to their gear is amazing on warm weather days but also on this day, which was a very cold and windy day ❄️
The event of the summer is right around the corner. 🇨🇦⛳️
I recently spent the day out at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley for Media Day, and the anticipation is already building for the RBC Canadian Open happening June 10-14. The North Course is looking PGA TOUR-ready, and it is going to provide an unbelievable test for the world’s best players.
It is incredibly easy to get out to the course this year with simple shuttle and transit options right from the city. Beyond watching an elite world-class field—including a massive Canadian contingent led by Nick Taylor and Corey Conners—the tournament grounds are packed with things to do.
You can check out premium food and drink options at The Fare Way featuring The Keg, or experience the rowdy Canadiana pride at the legendary Rink Hole. Plus, it is completely family-friendly: kids 12 and under get in absolutely free, and youth aged 13-17 get 15% off!

Taking you along for a play-a-hole at one of the most beautiful spots in Georgia: the dramatic 9th hole at The Keep, the incredible new cliff-edge course at McLemore Resort.
This is a tough 418-yard par 4 along the rim of Lookout Mountain, but we hammered the tee shot right down the middle in a fresh, head-to-toe outfit. Rocking the new Gordon hat with the Elevate logo and the Original Polo—all-day comfort that felt absolutely pure through 36 holes.
We left ourselves 131 yards to a back pin, but spun it down to the front of the green. That set up a massive, 60-foot putt. The pace was great, leaving just a tiny 3.5-footer for par on the left edge.
..And I missed it. Bogey.
The views up here are absolute heaven on earth, even if the short game wasn’t. Shoutout to Levelwear for the fit, now I just have to go get the game to match it. 🚀
