WMBC Students

Get ready for another year of WMBC High School Nights! Things kickoff next Wednesday, September 16, with the classic youth group game "Bigger or Better." Students will be broken up into groups and sent into the neighbourhood with a paper clip. Each group has an hour and a half to go door to door and make trades with the goal of bringing back the best item possible. When we return to the church we will have snack and auction off all the items that are brought back. Money raised from the auction will go to support the child from Ancla de Amor who we are sponsoring. Students should come prepared to run/walk outside and should bring some cash along for the auction.

We're kicking off another year of WMBC Junior High Nights! Join us next week Monday, September 14 from 7:00-9:00 pm. We'll be playing a bunch of group games at the church and have snack together. Invite your friends!

WMBC High School Students are going camping to Moose Lake from August 14-15. We'll be hanging out at Sam and Trish Berg's cabin and will enjoy some boating, swimming, fishing, campfires, and other outdoor activities. Congratulations Eliana! Eliana is excited to be graduating and moving on from school. She is not sure what God has in store for her but is looking forward to seeing he leads. She asks for prayer for extra guidance as she figures out her purpose in this life.

Congratulations Logan! Pray for Logan as prepares to attend the University of Manitoba this fall to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering.

Congratulations Noah! Noah plans to spend the summer serving at Winkler Bible Camp and go on to work in the fall. Pray for guidance as he looks for a job in fall and for ways to continue serving God through these opportunities.

Congratulations Gina! In the next year, Gina plans to work at camp over summer and use the following few months to explore her next steps. Please pray for discernment over her plans for the future.

Congratulations Ava! Ava plans to complete her third level of hairdressing in fall, after which she is hoping to stay local. Please pray for Gods guidance and wisdom.

Congratulations Nate! Pray that God guides Nate's steps as he graduates, figures out a summer job, and plan for his future.

Congratulations Dom! In fall Dom hopes to work as an EA and take some time to figure out what’s next. Pray for discernment as he considers his options for the future.
