Ben Folks again. I burnt my nose and almost got heat stroke. Same time next year?
I’ve found it hard to be vulnerable for much of my life. I’ve been quick to cut people out and close myself off to the world. I share this with you to let you know that if you feel alone, know that you are not. Be kind to yourself. Life is hard, and you’re doing your best. You are enough.
Be kind to others. Be patient. Tell the people in your life that you love them. Everybody is deserving of that.
