I don’t know what it is about fall time, but I swear this time of year is just magical! 🍂✨

B, J, and Mabel were the perfect little trio to capture in all that golden fall light. From the tall grass and warm sunshine to all the little moments in between. This session was full of so many sweet, candid moments. And honestly, Mabel may have stolen the show a little bit.🐶🤎

I am forever the photographer who gets giddy when clients bring their fur babes to their session. Whether it be for minis or another type of session, I just think it’s so special to have them be apart of this time in your life that is being captured.

Capturing E, C, and Luna was so special as they were my last session for our fall minis at Little Lake Park a few weekends ago. Luna knew she was the star of the show, and she sure came to shine.

It’s so special to witness the connection between a fur babe and their parents. I am so glad I was fortunate enough to capture this special session!🥰

I haven’t re-introduced myself in quite a while, and I thought this time of year was the perfect time to do it!

Hi, I’m Jaclyn, and welcome to my little corner of the Instagram world! 📸

I’ve been interested in photography for as long as I can remember. I’ve always been the person who would much rather be behind the camera than in front of it, capturing the little moments that might otherwise be forgotten.

After completing my post-baccalaureate in Education three years ago, I knew I wanted to make more room for something creative in my life. So, I got a camera! My original plan was simple: take it along on hikes and adventures with my dogs, capture those moments, and share them here just for fun.

But somewhere along the way, that little hobby turned into something so much more.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of capturing beautiful families, couples, newborns, maternity sessions, fur babes, and so many special moments and milestones. What an absolute honour it has been to be invited into these moments and trusted to preserve them for years to come.

Photography brings so much joy to my life. It has become a creative outlet and a healthy escape from my full-time career as an early years educator. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love being a teacher, but there’s something so special about getting to step away from the classroom, be creative during a session, and then relive those moments all over again while editing a gallery.

So, whether we’ve worked together before, you’ve been following along and quietly cheering me on, or you’ve simply stopped by to like or comment on a post, thank you. It means more to me than you know.
