The 65 Kirkbridge Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was a chance to pause, celebrate, and recognize everyone connected to this new Fort Richmond community. 🏡
From remarks and group photos to the official ribbon cutting and conversations throughout the day, it was a reminder that places become meaningful because of the people who bring them to life.

65 Kirkbridge is now more than a completed building. 🏡
On August 20, Thorwin gathered in Fort Richmond to celebrate the official ribbon-cutting for 65 Kirkbridge.
The day brought together residents, team members, project partners, local representatives, and community members to mark this meaningful milestone.
Thank you to everyone who helped bring 65 Kirkbridge to life, and to our President, Kris Thorkelson, Councillor Janice Leah Lukes, and Jennifer Chen, MLA for Fort Richmond, for joining the celebration.
We’re grateful to mark this moment with the Fort Richmond community!

A new set of keys. A new beginning. A place to call home. 🏡✨
We were honoured to join Habitat for Humanity Manitoba for a special key ceremony celebrating families as they officially received the keys to their new homes.
It was a meaningful reminder that home is built through care, community, and the people who come together to support one another. 💙
Kris Thorkelson, President and Owner of Thorwin Properties, shared a few words during the ceremony and joined in celebrating this important moment with the families.
