To keep our communities protected, remember to stay rail smart whenever you are near railway tracks. Always stop a safe distance back, look carefully in both directions, and listen for approaching trains before proceeding.

This full-time role operates Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), reporting to the Driver Recruiting Manager. Key responsibilities include executing territorial recruitment strategies, screening and qualifying drivers, maintaining FMCSA and National Safety Code compliance, and supporting driver retention and onboarding administration.

The 2026 MTA Truck Pull is officially in the books!

Nothing beats the adrenaline of watching our industry haul heavy iron for a critical cause. This year, we pulled in support of the Joy Smith Foundation to help end human trafficking and support survivors.

We may not have been the fastest or the strongest on the pavement, but there was zero questioning the heart and energy TransX brought to the rope. Our team gave it everything they had to pull in support of the Joy Smith Foundation.

We didn't win the championship belt this year, but with a cause this important and a crew this dedicated, we still walked away as winners!

TransX is excited to announce a strategic update to our Driver Recruitment program; we have merged our US and Canadian driver recruitment into one comprehensive North American recruitment program.

Rose De Guzman, RPR will lead this newly expanded program in the newly created role of Manager, North American Driver Recruitment. Rose has led significant growth and development of our recruitment program as Manager, Driver Recruitment (Canada) and brings the exact leadership, vision, and proven track record needed to steer this effort.
