**Better collaboration drives faster ex*****on, and collaboration can be a major difference-maker for your business.** It is also a key driver of innovation. We have all heard about collaboration for years, and many of us believe we already collaborate effectively. But the real question is whether we are collaborating in a way that creates the maximum value for ourselves and our organizations.
Most people build networks and then protect or guard them. But the purpose of a network should be to **create value for the people within it**. So, if bringing someone new into your network creates more value for the network, then you should be willing to make that connection. True collaboration is not simply about knowing people; it is about connecting the right people, ideas, and resources to create something greater.
If you’re watching this outside the Convention Community, remember that the first 30 days of the 90-Day Program were free. Capital is not just money; it is a **fuel for innovation, expansion, and impact**. The right financing strategy can unlock potential, fuel innovation, open up new opportunities, and help you build a business that lasts beyond you. So, capital should be viewed not simply as cash, but as a tool for turning your business vision into reality.
That is why I often ask business owners, **“Where do you see your business in the next 10 years? What about the next 20 years?”** And sometimes they respond, “Madam, I’m talking about this business right now. Why are you asking me about the next 20 years?” But you need to have the entire picture in mind.
When you can see the long-term destination, it becomes easier to **project, plan, and make better decisions today**. Your 10- or 20-year vision gives context to the choices you make now—how you raise capital, where you invest, how you expand, and what kind of business you ultimately want to build.

There are four core strategic leadership things you must be very clear about. First is direction and prioritization: where are we going, and why? If I wake you up in the morning as the founder of your business and ask, “Where are you going and why?” you should have a simple, sharp answer. Once you know the destination, you must prioritize the few things that will actually move the needle.
Second is ruthless focus. Imagine there are nine fish-and-chips shops on the same street and you decide to become the tenth. What is different about your business? Why would customers leave numbers one through nine and choose number ten? If everyone is selling the same thing, your strategy must clearly define what makes you different and what your business is focused on.
Third is team design—having the right leaders in the right seats. Who are your managers? Who have you trained? What can they do, and how effectively can they deliver? And fourth is vision: what does success look like in the next three to five years? If you have already gone beyond five years, then ask yourself, what does success look like over the next five years?

Corporate strategy is simply deciding WHERE you want to play.
Take real estate. You could focus on affordable land, residential properties, commercial real estate, or luxury properties in places like Ikoyi.
Each choice requires a different strategy.
That’s why corporate strategy is usually a CEO and board-level decision—it determines the overall direction of the business.
And if you’re not yet inside the Convention Community, you’re missing the second half of our 90-Day Growth Program.
The first 30 days were free. The remaining program includes weekly sessions, deeper strategies, and access to the Convention—all designed to help you achieve in 90 days what may have taken a year.

DAY 29: Don’t just make a sale. Make the customer valuable to your business in three ways.
Every customer has the potential to give you three kinds of value:
🔁 Resale value: They come back and buy from you again.
🤝 Referral value: They trust your product and experience enough to recommend you to someone else.
⭐ Testimonial value: They are proud to publicly associate themselves with your brand.
And that third one is where many businesses miss the bigger picture.
You can serve influential people and still struggle to get them to publicly endorse your business.
Why?
Because a great product alone doesn’t create a great brand.
Especially when you work with high-net-worth or influential clients, your brand equity matters. People are conscious of what their association with your business says about them.
So don’t only ask:
“Was my customer satisfied?”
Ask:
“Would they buy from me again? Would they recommend me? And would they be proud to be publicly associated with my brand?”
That is how you turn one customer into a long-term business asset.
Day 29 task: Look at your existing customers. How much resale, referral and testimonial value are you getting from them?

DAY 28: Stop networking randomly. Start networking strategically.
The people who need what you sell are not always looking for you.
So sometimes, you have to go where they are.
Today’s task: Identify your ideal client and answer these five questions:
1. Who already has access to them?
2. Where do they spend time?
3. What communities or associations do they belong to?
4. How can I start meeting them?
5. What industries or professionals are connected to them?
Then commit to putting yourself in the right rooms every week.
Your network should not be left to chance.
