Contre le Temps

Vendredi prochain, 28 août, à 20h, nous aurons la joie de créer notre nouveau programme "Tempus Fractum" pour l’ouverture du Festival Voix et Route Romane 🍀
Pour ce programme consacré aux fragments de musiques des 13eme et 14eme siècles nous avons écrit, reconstitué et improvisé des pièces pour permettre à cette musique jamais entendue de prendre vie.
Nous sommes accompagnées pour ce programme par la fabuleuse Francesca Gaza et son épinette amplifiée. ✨️

A few days ago we got the chance to perform for the opening concert of the Musica Divina festival in Krakow. We sang there our new program of Spanish polyphony, chant and contrapunto alla mente called "Intra Muros". The church was beautiful, the audience was so warm and happy and the festival team so welcoming that we left Poland with our hearts full of joy.
Thank you again for the invitation, we hope we come back to Poland soon !

The third of August for the first time we will sing in Poland, our new program "Intra Muros" 🌼🌼🌼🌼

Słyszeliście o renesansowych „kaskaderach”, którzy bez mrugnięcia okiem wchodzili w żywioł improwizacji? Wyobraźcie sobie, że stajecie w chórze bez pełnej partytury i musicie w ułamku sekundy stworzyć – najpierw w głowie, a sekundę później w wykonaniu na żywo – idealny wielogłos. Jeden fałszywy krok i zamiast zachwytu kapituły macie w kościele „gęsie gęganie”.

Poniższy esej odsłania kulisy contrapunto alla mente – czyli kontrapunktu tworzonego w umyśle. Przeczytacie w nim o karkołomnych egzaminach katedralnych, oraz o wyższej szkole wokalnej matematyki.
