⚡ Six months ago he did not know what a Lean Canvas was. Today he has an Outstanding certificate and a scholarship.

Meet Eyong Ayuk Elliot Obie, founder of CEMA — Connected E-Mobility for Africa — a vision for transforming how electric vehicles are deployed across the continent.

The idea was clear in his head. The path from idea to business was not.

Turacos BIT I changed that. Over eight weeks Eyong went from an unvalidated concept to conducting real interviews with fleet operators on the ground in Douala. From vague ambition to building an actual financial model. From theorising about the market to listening to it.

He graduated with a Certificate of Completion rated Outstanding, issued in Bern, Switzerland on June 20, 2026.

And then something even bigger happened.

Eyong was selected as one of only four graduates from the entire cohort to receive a scholarship into Turacos BIT II — six one-on-one coaching sessions with an entrepreneurship expert dedicated entirely to taking CEMA to market.
