Gaza: 3 years on, the devastation continues.❤️‍🩹
A year after the ceasefire, families are still living in dire conditions, without adequate shelter. Access to building materials, fuel and humanitarian aid remains severely restricted.
The needs are immense: hot meals, food vouchers, antenatal care, vitamins for pregnant women and new mothers, and emergency support for the most vulnerable families.
The crisis continues. So must our support. 🤲
Help us keep providing vital assistance to Palestinian families in Gaza.

From École des Étoiles, a message of solidarity from one child to another. 🤍
Last week, our team visited École des Étoiles to introduce around 30 students, aged 3 to 11, to humanitarian action. Through an interactive presentation, they learned about our water project in Iraq and our orphan sponsorship programme.
The students then chose to create drawings and letters for orphaned children in Gaza. These messages will be sent to our team in Gaza and shared with the children there, who will be able to send drawings back in return. Donation boxes were also left at the school to support both projects.
A heartfelt thank you to École des Étoiles, its teachers and its students for their warm welcome and their kindness. ✨

Last weekend, we held our exhibition Keep Your Eyes on Sudan, with several goals in mind: to draw public attention to the current situation in Sudan, which is facing the largest humanitarian crisis in the world today, and above all, to invite members of the community to tell us about Sudan differently.
Through testimonies from our colleagues on the ground, as well as personal memories, visitors were immersed in a Sudanese culture shaped by resilience, sharing and richness. The event was an opportunity for everyone to talk about Sudan and discuss how we can get involved.
Thank you to everyone who made this project possible. Thank you to Abir Ibrahim for collaborating with us, and above all, thank you to everyone who came and helped spread the word about our campaign.
This exhibition was dedicated to our dear colleagues Izzeldin Mohamed Juma who were killed last year. Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un. 🤍🤲
Our dear colleagues’ commitment to the people of Sudan lives on in every story shared this weekend. They will never be forgotten. May Allah grant them Jannah al-Firdaws. 🤍
Sudan still needs our attention and care, so keep your eyes on Sudan. 🇸🇩

✨ Swipe to see our recent distributions in Gaza.
Alhamdulillah, our colleagues in Gaza prepared and served 462 hot meals to students and teachers at a temporary learning space in Gaza City.
Alongside the meals, children took part in games and activities that give them a space to learn, play, and simply be children again.
This is the impact of your donations. 🤍

Ask Saja what she misses most about Sudan, and she doesn’t hesitate: simplicity.
Family meals around one big dish. Six hours on the road to Atbara, fourteen of them in a pickup truck. Walks along the Nile after Maghrib.
What stays with us from this conversation is resilience. The Sudan Saja remembers is one where people help each other, live simply, and are always grateful, and that spirit is still there today.
Thank you Saja for sharing these moments with us đź’™

« One of the strengths of the 21st century is that we have the choice to know and to stay informed. »
That’s what Kamelia, one of the people we interviewed, shared with us.
Talking, learning and speaking up about the humanitarian crisis is how we respond to its second tragedy: indifference.
The goal of this action was to talk about Sudan with people in Geneva, to explore what they know about the current situation, and about the place Sudan has always held in the world.🇸🇩
What’s the most surprising fact about Sudan you can share with us? 👇
For this second episode of Memories of Sudan 🇸🇩🌺, Yusra takes us back to the Sudan where she spent part of her school years. Her grandfather’s house, the roads she knows by heart, her old neighborhood… and one feeling that always comes back: nostalgia.
Some of those places aren’t the same anymore. But in her memories, they’ll always be home 🤍
Thank you Yusra for taking us with you đź’™
